Love Connect offers premium, paid services related to dating, matchmaking, companionship, and relationship consultancy. All service details, fees, and inclusions are clearly communicated before any payment is requested.

Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, Google Pay, and UPI-enabled platforms. Love Connect does not store or process your debit card, credit card, or UPI information. We only receive confirmation of successful or failed transactions.

Availability of payment methods may vary depending on the user’s location, device, or payment provider.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are communicated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, are included or specified at the time of payment in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are accurate at the time of payment.

Refund Policy

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment gateway processing rules.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultation fees once the session has been conducted or scheduled
  • Matchmaking or introduction services already initiated
  • Service fees where effort, time, or resources have already been invested
  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of a service before it has commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Approval of cancellations and any associated refund, if applicable, is at the discretion of Love Connect and depends on the stage of service delivery.

Failed or Pending Transactions

In case of a failed or pending transaction:

  • If the amount is debited but the payment fails, the refund will be processed by the payment gateway as per their timelines
  • Love Connect is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers

Chargebacks and Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Love Connect directly to resolve payment-related concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with banks or payment providers.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

This Payment and Refund Policy is designed to comply with the policies of Google Ads, Meta Ads including Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and applicable payment gateway requirements.

We do not misrepresent pricing, hide charges, or make misleading refund claims.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
